Waaah, I'm flyyyying!! You must have used some sort of technique to make all those little splatter of paint around. Jeez, details look nice when it isn't pointless~

I didn't use any special technique, it's just wet paint splatter everywhere XD
It was real fun actually... especially when releasing stress!! ~~or in my case, I'm just too lazy to do the background properly~~

Oh my, its so cute, dreamlike and happy

The coloursplatters on the blue is a great touch and really adds to the picture. Really like how you made her hair pink, it's such a nice contrast to the blue.
